Located in a downtown area well communicated with all the points of interest of the island, a few kilometers from the highway, the Northern Tenerife airport and 10 minutes by car from the Magnify beach of Mesa del Mar.
The house is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen with direct access to the garden,two living room, areas one of them with a wide view to the porch and the wonderful and wide garden where the main axis is the wonderful Canarian palm (Phoenix canariensis). In this same plant there is an ideal bedroom for older people or with reduced mobility, since there are no steps on the ground floor, it has a marriage bed and bathroom.
On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms each with its own bathroom, one of the bedrooms has beautiful sea views.
