Apartment with beautiful views to the sea, in upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and balcony, other with two single beds and the third bedroom with a single bed), 2 bathrooms, downstairs you will find open kitchen to living-room, toilet, nice terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy eating listening and viewing the sea.

Equipment: Flat TV 42’, satellite TV, washing machine.

Kitchen equipment:  4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dish-washer, combi refrigerator, blender, juicer and all the equipment that has a house now days.

El Porís is a small village on the seashore, with pleasant weather all year round, ideal for adventurous people, hiking or cycling and for all those who want to enjoy Tenerife from a well connected site and easy access to the TF-1 motorway.
One minute walk from the apartment you will find Porís beach and about 15 minutes walk to La Punta beach.

El Poris is a quiet village between the airport and Santa Cruz. A village where you can write your autobiography. As you can see on the site the apartment is beautiful. Modern and spacious with a great terrace. Very clean. Well equipped. I can recommend it. Aad

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Cómodo, bien ubicado para desplazarse por la isla y con unas vistas increíbles desde la terraza.

We stayed the second time in this apartment and like it very much because of the big terrace and the nice view. Also the apartment itself is great. Unfortunately we have some concerns: 1. at least the mattress in the double bedroom needs to be renewed as it is worn-out (we did not check the other mattresses). 2. some of the water taps could be open and closed only very hard (need to be greased). 3. the kitchen water tap is spraying water to the sides 4. one vine glas in a 5 persons apartment is definitely too less. 5. parasol was broken during our fist stay 2-3 years ago and is still broken and could not be used. 6. the sieve is not very comfortable to use if you have cooked noodles. Most of the concerns could be fixed very easy, but mattress and parasol must bought new.
